Christ United Methodist Church continues to do worship every Sunday morning, live at the church, but not with in-person gatherings. Services can be viewed on Spectrum Cable channel 1024 Sundays at 8:15am, 9:35am, and 11:00am, or on YouTube anytime through website christchurchfranklin.com.
The Venango County Association for the Blind has re-opened to provide needed services like medical transportation, bill pay, grocery shopping and banking. Phone lines are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with lunch hour 11:30 and to 12:30 pm). Group meetings will not be resumed in person just yet; however, we are looking at creating conference calls available to continue this service. Prevention services remain on hold until other facilities and schools pick up operations. We are taking calls to schedule future screenings closer to July.
