  • School Age Site Supervisors

    For the 2024-2025 School Year: (2 positions available)
    Under the guidance of the Child Care Director, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the organization, delivery, and quality of youth activities during the after school hours. All Youth Supervisors are expected to perform the following functions:

    Promotes and incorporates the YMCA four core values and character development model
    Constant supervision of all youth in the program during after school hours (2:30-5:30pm)
    Enforces rules and regulations in accordance with the YMCA mission and DHS standards
    Organizes and carries out games/activities

    Maintain and update accurate required paperwork
    Encouraging and participating with youth
    Maintain cleanliness of the program space
    Fill out incident reports when necessary
    Respond to parents and staff in a professional and timely manner
    Reports to Child Care Director
    Attends all staff meetings
    Applicants must be available Monday-Friday from 2:30-5:30pm.
