Spooky Story Contest

The Franklin Public Library and Neverending Stories are challenging teens to scare us with your best Spooky Story! Stories can be scary, suspenseful, spooky, ghostly, gruesome, or gory. There are three categories: Grades 7-8, Grades 9-10, and Grades 11-12. Only one submission per author and one author per entry will be accepted. (Previously published stories will not be accepted.) Stories must be submitted by email to FranklinStoryContest@gmail.com no later than midnight, Saturday, October 15, 2016. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place winners in each category. Winners will be announced at the Teen Halloween Party at Neverending Stories on Monday, October 31. Winning stories will be published in a booklet courtesy of Seneca Printing Express. Winners will each receive a copy, and one copy will be available to borrow from the library.
