Don't be a Lady, be a Legend

The Oil City-Franklin Zonta Club and the Oil City YWCA will celebrate International Women’s Day with a special event from 1 to 3 p.m. on March 8 at the Oil City YWCA, 109 Central Avenue in Oil City. There will be breakout sessions on physical, mental and financial health.
